Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Parteolla region, a hilly area characterized by soils rich in clay and limestone, which impart a distinctive minerality to the wine. The area's climatic conditions, with hot summers and mild winters, favor optimal ripening of the grapes

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately with extended maceration to best extract the aromatic characteristics and structure of the wine. Aging takes place in oak barriques for about 12 months, followed by a further period of rest in the bottle
