Raw material: Sugarcane molasses (miel de caña virgen)
Color: Intense amber with golden highlights
Nose: Complex and elegant, with intense notes of orange zest, caramel, vanilla, roasted coffee, dried fruit, and tobacco. Hints of oak wood and spicy touches complete the bouquet.
Palate: Soft and rounded, with a perfect balance between natural sweetness and elegant dryness. Aromas of caramel, dark chocolate, dried fruit, vanilla, and spices emerge, with a persistent finish of tobacco and oak.

Serving temperature: 18/22° C
Pairings: Ideal neat or with a drop of water. Perfect as a digestif or accompanied by dark chocolate, caramel desserts, coffee-based desserts, and medium-intensity cigars. Also excellent with aged cheeses and dry pastries.
Terroir: Tropical climate of the Colombian Caribbean coast, which favors rapid and expressive maturation. Aged in American oak barrels in a humid and warm environment, which intensifies the aromatic concentration of the distillate.
Aging: Blend of rums aged from 12 to 21 years using the Solera method. No additives, sugar, coloring, or artificial flavoring are used. Matured in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
