Nose: Fresh and lively, with intense aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, and floral notes of violet, accompanied by a hint of sweet spices and a slight vinous scent.
Palate: Sparkling and pleasantly tart, characterized by good freshness and medium body. Red fruit notes return on the palate, with a lively effervescent sensation that makes it refreshing and versatile. The tannins are light and well-integrated, giving the wine great drinkability.

Serving temperature: 12-14°C
Pairings: Excellent with Piedmontese cuisine, such as agnolotti with ragù or bollito misto. It also pairs well with cured meats, fresh cheeses, pizza, and simple pasta dishes. Ideal for informal aperitifs thanks to its lively and carefree nature.
Terroir: The Barbera vineyards are located on the hills of Monferrato, characterized by clayey and sandy soils. The area's microclimate, with significant temperature fluctuations between day and night, promotes the development of great freshness and accentuates the fruity aromas.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes a natural refermentation in an autoclave, which provides the characteristic light effervescence. Bottling occurs with a small amount of residual sugar to preserve the wine's liveliness.
