Taste: On the palate, it is well-balanced and harmonious, with soft tannins and an elegant structure. The Cabernet Sauvignon provides depth and complexity, while the Sangiovese lends freshness and liveliness. Long finish with mineral accents and a berry fruit aftertaste.

Terroir: The vineyards are located on the hills of Bolgheri, with soils rich in minerals and microelements that promote optimal grape ripening. The Mediterranean climate, influenced by the proximity of the sea, helps give the wine freshness and complexity.
Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes ensures careful selection of the bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in French oak barriques for 12 months, which gives the wine softness and enriches the aromatic profile.
