Palate: Dry and soft, with a balanced structure and velvety tannins. Notes of ripe red fruits and a subtle vein of freshness emerge on the palate. The finish is long and persistent, with shades of licorice and cocoa, giving it an elegant and refined touch.

Terroir: This wine is born from the alluvial and clayey soils of Bolgheri, known for a temperate climate influenced by the proximity to the sea and a constant sea breeze. The combination of rich soil and favorable climatic conditions contributes to optimal grape ripening, allowing the wine to develop remarkable aromatic complexity and a balanced structure.
Vinification: After careful harvesting, the grapes are vinified separately to respect the characteristics of each variety. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by aging in barriques for about 10 months, which softens the tannins and enriches the wine with toasted and spicy notes.
