Origin: Bibbona, Tuscany, Italy

Grape variety: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot

Color: Intense ruby red, with garnet reflections that testify to its aging.

Bouquet: Complex and refined, with notes of ripe dark fruit such as blackberry and plum, which blend harmoniously with hints of sweet spices, tobacco, dark chocolate, and slight balsamic nuances.

Taste: Elegant and structured, this wine presents velvety tannins and an extraordinary balance between freshness and roundness. On the palate, one can recognize intense flavors of wild berries and spices, with hints of graphite and a pleasant minerality. The persistence is long and enveloping, with a slightly spicy and lingering finish.

Alcohol content: 14.5%

Serving temperature: 18-20°C

Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, game, important roasts, and aged cheeses. Also excellent with truffle and porcini mushroom dishes, and as a meditation wine.

Terroir: The vineyards are located on mineral-rich, calcareous soils, characteristic of the Bibbona area near the Tuscan coast. The microclimate, with its proximity to the sea, gives the wine freshness and a unique aromatic complexity, enhancing the noble grape varieties used in its production.

Vinification: The harvest is manual, with careful selection of the grapes. The winemaking process involves traditional fermentation in steel, followed by long aging in French oak barriques for a period of approximately 16-18 months. The aging adds depth and aromatic complexity to the wine, making it suitable for long periods of bottle aging.

With an imposing structure and intense aromas, it is positioned as a wine of great prestige, suitable for a refined audience and connoisseurs.
