Nose: Elegant and complex, with aromas of ripe red fruit, black cherry, and plum, with an undertone of spicy notes such as black pepper and vanilla. Hints of aromatic herbs and a light balsamic note also emerge.
Palate: Soft, enveloping, and well-balanced. Silky tannins, a pleasant freshness, and a long finish with hints of dark fruit and cocoa are perceived on the palate.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully selected, and vinified separately. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques, which provide structure and depth while maintaining the varietal freshness.
