Palate: Dry and harmonious, with a light body and well-balanced acidity. Aromas of exotic fruit emerge on the palate, along with a pleasant persistence and a soft finish with toasted undertones

Serving temperature: 10 °C – ideal as an aperitif served chilled
Pairings: Excellent with consommé, pâté, savory pies, smoked fish, and seafood crostini. Also perfect as a light and refreshing meditation wine
Terroir: The grapes come from the volcanic terraces of Madeira, influenced by the Atlantic Ocean. The altitude and temperature variations promote slow ripening, lending freshness and complexity to the wine.
Vinification: Traditional Estufagem method, with controlled heating up to 45 °C for about 90 days, followed by aging in oak barrels for 3 years.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
