Taste: Sweet, soft, and round, with a pleasant note of freshness that balances the natural sweetness of the wine. Flavors of raisins, dried figs, and delicate nuances of toasted almonds and caramel emerge on the palate. The finish is long and harmonious.

Terroir: The grapes for this Marsala grow in mineral-rich soils with a particular clay component, typical of the Marsala area. The hot and dry climate, along with the proximity to the sea, contributes to the concentration of the wine's aromas and structure, making it one of a kind.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are fermented and fortified with wine brandy, according to the traditional Marsala method. This is followed by aging in oak barrels for at least five years, a period during which the wine develops the complexity and intensity of its aromatic notes.
