Taste: A wine of great structure and elegance. The combination of richness and softness makes this Merlot powerful yet harmonious, with remarkable and persistent aromatic complexity

Terroir: The vineyards are located in privileged areas of the Monte Carasso district, benefiting from a favorable microclimate and soils that give the wine a complex structure and intense aromas
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are quickly crushed and destemmed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, followed by a long maceration on the skins for 15-21 days. The wine then matures in oak barriques for 20-24 months
