The area's climate, with hot, breezy summers, favors optimal grape ripening, enhancing the varietal characteristics of the Montepulciano.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the aromas and freshness of the grape variety. Aging continues for a few months in wooden barrels and subsequently in the bottle, allowing the wine to develop greater complexity and harmony.
