Nose: Aromatic and fresh, characterized by delicate notes of white flowers, such as hawthorn, and hints of white-fleshed fruit, particularly green apple and peach. Touches of alpine herbs complete the bouquet, giving it a fresh and mineral impression.
Palate: Dry, lively, and fresh on the palate, with balanced acidity and a light minerality. The structure is lean and well-balanced, with a slightly aromatic finish that echoes the fruity and floral sensations perceived on the nose. On the palate, notes of citrus and a pleasant freshness stand out, making it extremely pleasant and inviting to drink.

Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs very well with light fish and seafood dishes, seafood salads, and delicate first courses. It is also excellent with fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes such as grilled vegetables or summer salads. Also ideal when accompanying appetizers based on fish carpaccio or tartare.
Terroir: Hofstätter’s Müller Thurgau vineyards are located at high altitudes, promoting slow ripening and good aromatic concentration, thanks to the temperature fluctuations between day and night. The soils are of limestone origin, giving the wine freshness and a unique minerality typical of the mountain valleys of Trentino-Alto Adige.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with soft pressing. The must is fermented at low temperatures to preserve the aromatic integrity of the grape variety, followed by a short aging on the lees to enhance olfactory complexity and softness on the palate.
