Taste: Dry and structured, with well-defined but soft tannins. On the palate, it offers a good balance between freshness and body, with flavors of ripe red fruit and a long, slightly savory finish that reflects the minerality of the terroir.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to traditional vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation. Aging takes place in oak barrels for about 12 months, followed by a further period of rest in the bottle before release, to ensure greater harmony and complexity in the wine.
