Taste: Elegant and enveloping, this wine shows a perfect harmony between freshness and structure. Flavors of tropical fruit and dried fruit stand out on the palate, with a long and persistent finish, accompanied by a pleasant minerality that recalls the mountains from which it originates.

Pairings: Excellent with flavorful fish dishes, such as baked sea bass and shellfish, it is also ideal with mushroom risotto, medium-aged cheeses, and white meats like poultry. Its elegant structure also makes it a perfect pairing for truffle-based dishes.
Terroir: The grapes for Neige d'Or come from vineyards situated at high altitudes in the Italian Alps, where the temperature variations between day and night promote gradual grape ripening, giving the wine a fresh and mineral character. The soils are mainly sandy and morainic, rich in mineral elements that contribute to the wine's aromatic complexity.
Vinification: The harvest is carried out manually, selecting only the best grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and a portion of the wine is aged in barriques for a few months, contributing to greater aromatic complexity and a rounder structure.
