Color: Pale pink with brilliant reflections, reminiscent of a rose petal with slight peach-colored nuances.
Nose: Elegant and delicate, with hints of small red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by light citrus notes and floral nuances of wild rose and orange blossom.
Palate: Fresh, mineral, and well-balanced on the palate. The sip is savory, with a pleasantly fruity finish and a light saline note that reflects its territory of origin. The freshness is supported by a lively acidity that makes this rosé pleasant and refreshing.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish-based dishes, light appetizers, shellfish, and vegetable risottos. Also perfect with fresh cheeses, fish carpaccio, and Mediterranean dishes such as salads and fried seafood.
Terroir: This rosé reflects the unique terroir of Sardinia, characterized by sandy and calcareous soils exposed to sea winds that give the wine a characteristic savoriness. The grapes grow under the island's intense sun, which promotes optimal ripening and high aromatic concentration.
Vinification: The Bovale and Vermentino grapes are hand-harvested in the early hours of the day to preserve their freshness. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented at a low temperature to enhance the primary aromas of red fruits and floral notes. The wine is aged in steel to maintain its freshness and liveliness.
