Raw material: Lightly peated malted barley
Color: Deep golden yellow with bright reflections
Nose: Complex and enveloping, with notes of orange zest, pear, figs, honey, and caramel, combined with hints of the sea, light smokiness, and dried fruits
Taste: Rich and full, with an oily texture. On the palate, baked fruits, green apple, sweet spices such as cloves and ginger, candied citrus, and a delicate salty note emerge. A finish balanced between fruity sweetness, light smoke, and maritime freshness

Serving temperature: Serve at room temperature in a Glencairn glass or low tumbler; ideal with a few drops of fresh water to enhance the aromas
Pairings: Perfect with butter-poached shellfish, white meats in creamy sauce, aged cheeses, and dried fruit-based desserts or crème brûlée
Terroir: The distillery is located in the heart of the port town of Oban, overlooking the Atlantic. The maritime climate gives the whisky a unique character, combining the fruity richness typical of the Highlands with a salty and lightly peated touch, symbolic of the Scottish west coast
Production: Distilled in small pot stills with condensation via worm tubs, a traditional technique that provides body and complexity. Aged for 14 years in ex-Bourbon casks, bottled with chill filtration

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
