Grape varieties: This blend combines Pinot Noir, Gamay, Diolinoir, and Ancellotta, creating a harmonious balance between tradition and innovation.
Color: It presents a bright hue, ranging from ruby red to violet.
Nose: The bouquet is complex, with subtle aromas of red fruits accompanied by a delicate smoky note.
Taste: On the palate, the attack is generous, with a full and round body, featuring fine, dense tannins that provide structure and persistence.
Serving temperature: We recommend serving at 14°C to fully appreciate its organoleptic characteristics.
Pairings: Ideal with traditional dishes such as the Valais platter, red meats, Bacchus and Bourguignonne fondues, as well as alpine cheeses.
Terroir: The vines are situated on south-facing terraces, benefiting from a unique microclimate thanks to the Crête des Maladaires. The light soil consists of calcareous sandstone, contributing to the wine's minerality and complexity.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in wooden barrels and additional stainless steel tanks to harmonize the aromas and refine the tannins.
