Nose: Intense and enveloping, with a bouquet of ripe black fruit, such as blackberry and blueberry, accompanied by elegant spicy notes of black pepper, tobacco, and licorice, enriched by hints of cocoa and leather typical of mature Syrah.
Palate: On the palate, this Syrah shows a complex and vigorous structure, with soft yet intense tannins. The taste is full and enveloping, with a remarkable balance between the sweetness of the fruit and the spices, accompanied by extraordinary persistence and a finish of great elegance. The long maturation gives the wine exceptional depth and a spicy taste that enriches over time.

Pairings: This Syrah is perfect with robust red meats such as grilled ribeye, braised meats, and roasted game, or with aged cheeses and spiced dishes. It also pairs beautifully with truffle and mushroom-based dishes, enhancing their flavors with its aromatic complexity.
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the hills of the Val di Cornia, on soils composed mainly of clay and sand, which confer minerality and freshness. The climate is Mediterranean, with marine influences that moderate temperatures and favor a slow and complete ripening of the Syrah grapes, typical of the Suvereto area, which is celebrated for the quality of its wines.
Vinification: The harvest is carried out manually and followed by long maceration to extract the maximum aromatic and tannic potential of the Syrah. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barriques for about 18 months, a step that enhances the elegance and aromatic intensity, completing the wine's structure.
