Taste: On the palate, it is soft, refined, and well-structured. Silky tannins and a balanced freshness stand out, enhancing the character of the Pinot Noir from Oltrepò Pavese. Flavors of small wild berries blend with slightly earthy tones and a light spiciness on the finish.

Terroir: The hills of Oltrepò Pavese offer clay-limestone soil, ideal for the expression of Pinot Noir. The area's cool, breezy climate promotes slow ripening of the grapes, giving the wine aromatic complexity and excellent finesse.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and subjected to temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve the aromatic purity of the Pinot Noir. Aging takes place in barriques for approximately 12 months, during which the wine develops further complexity and roundness without losing its typical freshness.
