Vinification: The harvest is carried out manually to preserve the quality of the grapes. After a soft pressing, the grapes are vinified as a white wine for the Glera and as a rosé for the Pinot Noir, with a second fermentation in pressurized tanks (Charmat Method) to enhance the elegance and fine perlage of this Prosecco Rosato.
