Bouquet: Delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, and peach, accompanied by light citrus notes and a hint of fresh almond.
Taste: Fresh and harmonious on the palate, with a pleasant acidity that balances the wine's softness. Fruity notes of apple, pear, and lemon zest blend with a light minerality, offering a dry and refreshing finish.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish-based dishes, light appetizers, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses. Perfect with sushi, sashimi, and seafood.
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the hills of Treviso, characterized by soils of alluvial and calcareous origin. The temperate climate, with mild summers and moderate winters, promotes ideal grape ripening, enhancing the wine's freshness and aromatic qualities.
Vinification: Vinification takes place using the Charmat method, which involves fermentation in pressurized tanks to obtain a fine and persistent perlage. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, with fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic characteristics of the Glera.
