Terroir: The hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are characterized by limestone and clay soils that give the Prosecco a distinct minerality and freshness. The temperate microclimate, with significant temperature fluctuations between day and night, promotes balanced grape ripening, preserving primary aromas.
Vinification: The Glera grapes are hand-harvested and undergo soft pressing. The must undergoes a first fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This is followed by secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks using the Charmat method to ensure a fine and persistent perlage.
