Bouquet: Delicate and fresh, with floral notes of white flowers, fruity hints of green apple and pear, accompanied by subtle mineral nuances.
Taste: Dry, light, and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that provides freshness. On the palate, flavors of white-fleshed fruit emerge, with a clean and slightly mineral finish.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes, seafood, white meats, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with light Asian cuisine.
