Color: Bright straw yellow with golden reflections, and a fine, persistent perlage.
Nose: Intense and complex, with notes of fresh citrus, green apple, white flowers, and delicate hints of bread crust, toasted almond, and yeast that add depth to the bouquet.
Taste: Dry and fresh, with an elegant balance between acidity and structure. On the palate, there are fresh fruit notes and a persistent, mineral aftertaste that best expresses the characteristics of the Franciacorta terroir. The finish is long and enveloping, with nuances reminiscent of almond and yeast.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif and paired with fish dishes, shellfish, sushi, oysters, but also perfect with light appetizers, fresh cheeses, and vegetable-based first courses. Ideal for accompanying festive occasions and toasts.
Terroir: The vineyards of Franciacorta benefit from morainic soils, rich in minerals, which give the wine a particular freshness and savoriness. The mild, temperate climate allows for optimal grape ripening, contributing to the distinctive quality of Franciacorta wines.
Vinification: This Franciacorta is produced according to the traditional method (Metodo Classico), with a first fermentation in steel followed by a second fermentation in the bottle. Aging on the lees lasts about 24 months, giving the wine aromatic complexity and finesse of the perlage.
