Color: Bright straw yellow with golden highlights
Nose: Elegant and delicate, with hints of ripe white fruit such as apple and pear, accompanied by floral notes of hawthorn and wildflowers, as well as slight hints of pastry and bread crust.
Palate: Creamy and enveloping on the palate, characterized by a fine and persistent mousse. The structure is soft and velvety, with good freshness and minerality balancing the slight sweetness. Delicate notes of citrus and almond are perceived, with a harmonious and persistent finish.
Alcohol content: 12.5%
Serving temperature: 6-8°C
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif and with fish-based dishes, crustaceans, and mollusks. Perfect with light pasta dishes, seafood risottos, white meats, and fresh cheeses. It also pairs well with less sweet desserts and dry pastries.
Terroir: The grapes come from the calcareous and morainic soils of Franciacorta, which give the wine a distinctive minerality and vibrant freshness. The temperate climate favors optimal grape ripening, preserving acidity and delicate aromas.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain the free-run juice, which ferments at a controlled temperature. The base wine matures for a few months on the lees before the second fermentation in the bottle, according to the traditional method, for about 24 months, conferring complexity and finesse.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
