Taste: Dry, refined, with a well-defined structure and vibrant freshness. On the palate, there are hints of citrus, honey, and a mineral aftertaste that provides depth. The effervescence is creamy, balancing acidity and persistence

Terroir: The grapes come from the hilly terrain of Franciacorta, characterized by morainic soils rich in gravel and sand, which give the wine a distinctive minerality. The mild climate and cool lake breezes favor balanced grape ripening, enhancing the freshness and elegance of the wine
Vinification: The harvest is done manually with rigorous grape selection. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine matures on the lees for at least 60 months, acquiring complexity and fine effervescence
