Origin: Midleton, County Cork, Ireland – Redbreast, produced by Irish Distillers at the Midleton Distillery, a symbol of authentic Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey.
Raw materials: Produced with a typical mash of malted and unmalted barley, a distinctive tradition of Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey.
Color: Bright golden amber.
Nose: Rich and complex, with notes of dried fruit, honey, sherry, vanilla, tropical fruit, and sweet spices.
Palate: Velvety and balanced, with aromas of ripe fruit, nuts, spices, honey, and toasted oak. Long, creamy, and persistent finish.
Alcohol content: 40% ABV
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
Pairings: For meditation; excellent with dark chocolate or aged hard cheeses.
Terroir: Temperate and humid climate of southern Ireland, perfect for long and balanced cask maturation.
Distillation: Triple distillation in copper pot stills, following the Irish pot still tradition. Aging takes place in a blend of ex-bourbon (American oak) and ex-Oloroso sherry (Spain) casks, favoring a balanced aromatic complexity.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
