Nose: Elegant and complex, with aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and plum, accompanied by delicate notes of sweet spices, vanilla, cocoa, and a touch of balsam. A subtle hint of graphite and tobacco adds further depth to the bouquet.
Palate: On the palate, it is rich and enveloping, with an imposing structure and velvety tannins that support an impeccable balance between freshness and intensity. Notes of ripe dark fruit blend with spicy and mineral nuances, offering a long and persistent finish, with an aftertaste of dark chocolate and licorice.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Ideal with red meat dishes, such as beef fillet, roast lamb, game, and aged cheeses. Also perfect with spicy dishes or those enriched by robust sauces, and dark chocolate for dessert.
Terroir: The land in the Suvereto area is particularly favorable to Merlot, characterized by clayey soils rich in minerals, which give the wine a distinct minerality and a refined tannic structure. The Mediterranean climate, with marine influences, allows for optimal ripening of the grapes, conferring elegance and aromatic complexity.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo traditional vinification, followed by long maceration on the skins to extract color and structure. The wine matures in French oak barriques for about 18 months, further refining its complexity and softness.
