Nose: Complex aromas of ripe black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, accompanied by spicy notes of vanilla and toasted hints derived from wood aging
Palate: Structured and harmonious on the palate, with sweet, well-integrated tannins. It features good acidity that balances the richness of the fruit, offering a long and elegant finish
Serving temperature: 18°C
Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It also pairs perfectly with traditional Spanish dishes such as roast lamb
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards over 70 years old located in the Ribera del Duero, characterized by a continental climate with significant temperature variations and calcareous and clay soils, which give the wine complexity and structure
Vinification: After careful selection of the grapes, the wine matures for 16 months in new French, American, and Caucasian oak barrels, followed by at least 24 months of bottle aging before release
