Nose: Fresh and fruity, with notes of pear, green apple, citrus, and white flowers, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs and a light minerality.
Taste: Dry, lively, and harmonious, characterized by refreshing acidity and good structure. On the palate, aromas of white fruit and citrus emerge, with a pleasantly long and slightly almond-like finish.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif or with fish dishes, shellfish, sushi, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses. It also pairs well with risottos and light pasta dishes.
Terroir: Roero Arneis grows on the sandy and calcareous soils typical of Roero, a hilly area in Piedmont that benefits from a favorable climate for the cultivation of white grapes. The combination of altitude and ventilation gives the wine a marked freshness and a particular aromatic finesse.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and aromatic characteristics of the Arneis. The wine rests briefly on fine lees to enrich its complexity and roundness on the palate.
