Nose: Elegant and complex, with floral hints of sakura flowers and leaves, fresh notes of yuzu, herbaceous undertones of sencha and gyokuro green tea, spicy touches of sanshō pepper, and light balsamic nuances.
Taste: Dry and balanced, dominated by the citrusy freshness of yuzu, with delicate and harmonious juniper, light herbaceous notes of green tea, spicy nuances of sanshō, and a dry, lingering finish.

Serving temperature: 6/8° C if neat or on the rocks; 5/6° C when mixed in classic cocktails.
Pairings: Perfect for a gin and tonic with light tonic water and a garnish of ginger or citrus peel. Excellent in Martinis and classic cocktails. Pairs well with sushi, sashimi, tempura, and delicate fish dishes.
Terroir: An expression of the Japanese concept of “Shun,” meaning the harvesting of botanicals at the peak of their seasonal maturity. The six local botanicals (sakura, green tea, sanshō, yuzu) evoke the four seasons of Japan.
Distillation: Neutral grain spirit flavored with 6 Japanese botanicals (sakura flowers and leaves, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, sanshō pepper, yuzu peel) and 8 classic botanicals (juniper, coriander, angelica root/seeds, lemon and bitter orange peels, cinnamon, cardamom). The most delicate botanicals are distilled separately to preserve their aromas, then added to the final blend.
