Color: Pale ruby red with violet reflections

Nose: Elegant and delicate, with notes of fresh red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by floral hints of violet and light spicy nuances of white pepper and Mediterranean herbs.

Taste: Dry, medium-bodied, with soft and velvety tannins. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant sapidity that reflects the influence of the proximity to the sea. Notes of berries and a light minerality are perceived, which give depth and persistence.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C

Pairings: Ideal with fish dishes in sauce, white meats, pasta dishes with vegetable sauces, savory pies, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with Ligurian cuisine dishes, such as torta pasqualina and rabbit Ligurian-style.
