Palate: Dry and smooth, with good structure and velvety tannins. On the palate, a balance between freshness and softness stands out, with persistent aromas of wild berries and a slightly spicy finish that adds complexity.

Terroir: Rosso dei Notri is produced on the clay and limestone soils of Suvereto, an area of Tuscany famous for its ability to enhance the ripening of international grape varieties. The influence of the Mediterranean climate, with hot and breezy summers, promotes optimal ripening while maintaining a balance between acidity and flavor concentration.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the aromas. A short aging period in oak barrels follows, which helps to smooth the tannins without overpowering the fruity character of the wine.
