Grape Variety: 61% Chardonnay, 31% Pinot Noir (vinified as white), 8% Sauvignon Blanc
Color: Intense and brilliant straw yellow
Nose: Fine and delicate, with great complexity. Hints of citrus accompanied by roasted notes reminiscent of cocoa and light nuances of aromatic herbs.
Taste: Full and decisive attack. Elegant and balanced, with excellent structure. Full-bodied with a savory finish of good persistence.

Serving temperature: 12 - 14 °C
Pairings: Appetizers, white meats, shellfish, fish, poultry, smoked salmon.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located in the Mendrisiotto region, characterized by a mild climate and varied soils, ideal for the cultivation of quality white grape varieties.
Vinification: The white free-run juice of the Pinot Noir is obtained by destemming and crushing the grapes followed by a very soft pressing. The three varieties are vinified separately and blended after fermentation and maturation in French barriques (55% new, 30% one-year-old) for 7 months. Additionally, a portion of the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc is aged in stoneware vessels, a material similar to natural granite.

On the nose, it offers a refined bouquet with citrus notes, hints of roasted cocoa, and herbaceous nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, balanced, and persistent, with a mineral finish that enhances its freshness.
