Taste: Dry and structured, this Sauvignon presents a distinct minerality that reflects its alpine terroir. On the palate, it is lively and fresh, with good acidity and a persistent finish of tropical fruit and balsamic nuances that blend harmoniously with the elegance of its herbal notes.

Terroir: The vineyards are located at an altitude of approximately 400-500 meters above sea level on gravelly and calcareous soils, which encourage slow grape ripening and impart a marked minerality. The alpine climate, with sunny days and cool nights, helps preserve the wine's fresh aromas and structure.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo cold maceration to maximize aromatic extraction. After fermentation, the wine ages partially in steel tanks and partially in large wooden barrels for about 8 months—a process that adds complexity without overpowering the natural freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc.
