Aroma: Intense and aromatic, with notes of tropical fruit such as mango and pineapple, fresh citrus, and herbal hints of sage and tomato leaf. Delicate floral scents emerge, followed by a finish of green bell pepper and elderflower.
Taste: Dry, fresh, and vibrant, with a beautiful acidity that provides liveliness and persistence. On the palate, it is elegant and rich, with aromatic returns of tropical fruit and a slight salinity that lends balance and pleasant freshness. The finish is long, with a lingering citrus note.
