Nose: Elegant and complex, with aromatic notes of exotic fruit such as mango, pineapple, and grapefruit, enriched by herbaceous nuances and a light hint of green bell pepper. It also presents delicate nuances of elderflower and flint, typical of the South Tyrolean terroir.
Palate: Fresh and lively on the palate, characterized by a marked minerality and a well-balanced structure. The acidic freshness is accompanied by good persistence, with an aftertaste that recalls the fruity notes and a slightly savory and citrusy finish.

Terroir: This Sauvignon Blanc grows on the mountain slopes of South Tyrol, at an altitude between 400 and 600 meters, where the temperature range and mineral-rich soils give the wine its peculiar freshness and minerality. The combination of calcareous and sandy soils enriches the aromatic notes and strengthens its acidic structure.
Vinification: The hand-harvested grapes undergo soft pressing and are vinified with temperature-controlled fermentation. Subsequently, the wine matures on the lees for several months, enhancing complexity and structure before bottling.
