Grape Variety: 100% Rondinella
Color: Pale pink with brilliant reflections, reminiscent of rose petals and slightly orange hues.
Aroma: Fresh and delicate, with notes of small red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by floral hints of rose and violet, which add elegance and lightness to the bouquet.
Taste: Dry and pleasantly soft, with lively freshness and balanced sapidity. On the palate, notes of crisp red fruits and light citrus nuances emerge, making the wine fresh and easy to drink while maintaining a light and well-balanced structure.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with light dishes such as salads, fish appetizers, sushi, vegetarian dishes, and white meats. Also excellent with vegetable-based pasta dishes and fresh cheeses.
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the hills of Valpolicella, characterized by calcareous and clayey soils that impart good minerality and freshness to the wine. The area's microclimate, with warm, breezy summers and mild winters, promotes optimal grape ripening while maintaining the acidity and freshness of the berries.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed to preserve the delicate aromas and colors of the Rondinella grape. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and aromatics typical of the wine. The wine is aged in steel for a few months, allowing the fresh scents and light structure to remain intact.
