Nose: Intense and rich, with notes of ripe red fruit such as black cherry, plum, and blueberry, accompanied by hints of sweet spices, vanilla, and a subtle nuance of tobacco.
Taste: Dry, full-bodied, and enveloping, with a soft and velvety tannic structure. The wine exhibits a balance between the opulence of the fruit and freshness, with a long and persistent finish that recalls hints of dark chocolate and licorice.

Serving temperature: 16/18° C
Pairings: Perfect with red meat dishes, roasts, game, rich stews, and aged cheeses. It also pairs well with typical Puglian cuisine, such as orecchiette with ragù and grilled lamb.
Terroir: Primitivo from Salento grows on limestone and clay soils, influenced by the sea breeze which imparts a distinctive minerality and greater freshness to the grapes. The hot and sunny climate of the region allows for optimal ripening, ensuring concentration and complexity in the wine.
Vinification: Manual harvest with careful selection of the grapes, followed by maceration at a controlled temperature to extract maximum aromatic and structural potential. Aging takes place in French oak barriques for about 12 months, bestowing elegance and depth upon the wine.
