Taste: On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with soft, well-integrated tannins. The taste offers a harmony between ripe fruit notes and spicy nuances, supported by good freshness and a long persistence.

Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located on clay-limestone soils, characterized by a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild winters. These conditions favor the optimal ripening of the Negroamaro, giving the wine its typical structure and depth.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and subjected to prolonged maceration to extract color and aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging for at least 12 months in French oak barriques, which adds complexity and roundness to the wine.
