Origin: Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, Spain

Grape variety: Blend of Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso with added Pedro Ximénez

Color: Intense amber with golden and copper highlights

Nose: Complex and enveloping, with aromas of raisins, dried figs, caramel, hazelnuts, baked apple, honey, and light spicy and oxidative nuances

Palate: Soft, sweet, and velvety, yet balanced by a pleasant freshness. Notes of dried fruit, dates, caramel, and sweet licorice emerge, with a persistent and harmonious finish

Alcohol content: 17.5%

Serving temperature: 10/12 °C, served chilled or on the rocks; also ideal with a slice of orange

Pairings: Perfect with aged cheeses, dried fruit, nut or almond-based desserts, nut tarts, and spiced cookies. Also excellent on its own as a meditation wine or as a refined base for sweet cocktails and punches

Terroir: From the Sherry triangle (Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, El Puerto de Santa María), characterized by white albariza soils rich in limestone, which promote minerality and freshness. The warm climate, mitigated by Atlantic breezes, allows for optimal grape ripening

Vinification: Produced using the traditional solera and criadera system, which blends wines from different vintages to ensure complexity and consistent quality. The addition of Pedro Ximénez provides sweetness, aromatic intensity, and body
