Nose: Intense and complex, with notes of fresh red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by nuances of sweet spices, aromatic herbs, and light traces of tobacco and leather.
Palate: Elegant and well-balanced on the palate, with a soft and enveloping tannic structure. The Nebbiolo offers freshness and complexity, while the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon provide softness and roundness. The finish is persistent and rich in fruity and spicy notes, with a pleasant hint of minerality that reflects the Langhe terroir.

Terroir: The Sito Moresco vineyards are located on the calcareous-clay soils typical of the Langhe, influenced by a climate with significant temperature variations between day and night, which favor optimal grape ripening. This particular terroir allows the mineral character and freshness of the wine to be enhanced while maintaining an excellent structure.
Vinification: The harvest is done by hand, selecting only the best grapes. After a controlled fermentation, the wine matures in oak barrels for about 12 months, a process that softens the tannins and adds aromatic complexity while keeping the freshness of the wine intact.
