Terroir: The elderflowers used for St-Germain come from the Alpine region of Savoy. The plants grow in a pristine environment, characterized by pure air and soils rich in biodiversity, which confer a unique aromatic intensity to the flowers picked by hand in early spring.
Production: The flowers are infused immediately after harvesting to preserve their freshness and fragrance. The process involves cold maceration and subsequent slow distillation, which captures the most delicate aromas. Each bottle contains the essence of approximately 1,000 elderflowers, with bottling that keeps the floral and fruity character intact.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
