Origin: France, Occitania – created in 1889, now part of the Pernod Ricard group, one of the world leaders in spirits production.
Raw materials: Gentian root (50% wild), infusions of macerated aromatic plants, various botanical extracts
Color: Bright, clear, and luminous golden yellow.
Nose: Fresh and floral, dominated by gentian, with herbaceous and spicy nuances typical of traditional French aperitifs.
Taste: A bold bitterness balanced by light sweet notes; herbaceous and floral aromas, with a long, fresh, and persistent finish.
Alcohol content: 20% vol.
Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.
Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, served with ice or soda. Also excellent in iconic cocktails such as the White Negroni or Suze & Tonic.
Terroir: The gentian roots grow in the mountainous terrain of the Alps, characterized by cool altitudes and mineral richness, which give the liqueur its unique character.
Production: Maceration of gentian roots in neutral alcohol for about a year, followed by distillation and blending with botanical aromas to achieve complexity and a spicy, floral, and bitter character

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
