Aroma: Aromatic and enveloping, characterized by intense notes of ripe red fruit, blackberry, and cherry, with spicy nuances of black pepper and delicate hints of licorice and cocoa.
Taste: Dry and structured, with velvety tannins and a full, round body. Notes of forest fruits are perceptible on the palate, along with a balanced spiciness and a persistent freshness that makes the wine harmonious and versatile, with a pleasant length.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Excellent with grilled red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. Also perfect with structured and spicy first courses, such as pasta with wild boar ragù or risottos with mushrooms and sausage.
Terroir: This Syrah is grown in Sicilian vineyards, where the hot, sunny climate combines with calcareous and clayey soils, ideal for enhancing the varietal characteristics of Syrah. The Sicilian terroir helps give the wine minerality and freshness, balancing its intense structure.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo maceration at a controlled temperature to best extract the primary aromas. Subsequently, the wine matures in steel tanks to preserve the aromatic freshness and the typical nature of the grape variety.
