Taste: Balanced and velvety, with the intensity of agave blending with nuances of vanilla, citrus, and tropical fruit. The finish is smooth, persistent, and slightly spicy

Terroir: The Jalisco highlands are characterized by mineral-rich soils and significant temperature variations between day and night. These conditions favor slow maturation of the agave, which acquires aromatic complexity and sugar concentration
Production: Mature agaves are cooked and fermented using a traditional method. This is followed by double distillation in pot stills and aging in new American oak barrels for a period between 2 months and 1 year, which enriches the distillate with sweet and spicy notes

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
