Terroir: Fertile soil, temperate climate, and pure water from the River Spey, typical of the Speyside region, impart smoothness and elegance to the distillate.

Distillation: Distilled in copper stills with 15 years of aging in American and European oak casks previously used for Jerez sherry, which balance the notes of vanilla and spice.
