Raw materials: 100% Arabica coffee, vanilla, sugar, cane spirit
Color: Dark liqueur, almost black, with amber highlights
Nose: Intense and enveloping, dominated by roasted Arabica coffee, with notes of soft vanilla, caramel, and cane sugar. Light nuances of cocoa and sweet tobacco also emerge.
Taste: Soft and velvety, with a balanced sweetness that gives way to the bold taste of espresso coffee and the creaminess of vanilla. Not overly syrupy, it is harmonious and versatile, with a lingering finish of roasted coffee.
Alcohol content: 20% vol.
Serving temperature: Serve chilled, on the rocks, or in cocktails.
Pairings: Ideal neat over ice, paired with chocolate desserts or ice cream. A perfect ingredient in cocktails such as Espresso Martini, White Russian, Black Russian, or Baby Guinness. Also excellent for enriching hot or iced coffee.
Terroir: Its character derives from the use of 100% Arabica coffee grown at high altitudes, which imparts elegance, aromatic intensity, and a pleasant natural sweetness, balanced by the roasting and cold extraction method.
Production: The Arabica coffee is roasted using a patented method and subjected to "cold brew" extraction, which helps preserve aromas and reduce acidity. It is then blended with vanilla, sugar, and cane spirit until the desired strength is reached.
