Bouquet: Intense and complex, with notes of ripe fruit such as apple and peach, hints of honey, white flowers, and light mineral and spicy nuances.
Taste: Dry, full-bodied, and enveloping, characterized by balanced acidity and a pleasant savoriness. Aromas of yellow fruit and almond emerge on the palate, leading to a long, mineral finish.
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Pairings: Excellent with fish, seafood, white meats, and fresh cheeses. Also ideal with mushroom-based dishes.
Terroir: The vineyards grow on calcareous-clay soils in the Colli Tortonesi, benefiting from a climate ideal for cultivating Timorasso, which imparts a distinct freshness and aromatic complexity to the wine.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve aromas, followed by aging on fine lees for several months.
