Origin: Highlands, Scotland – Tullibardine Distillery.
Raw materials: Selected malted barley, pure Highland water.
Color: Light gold.
Nose: Fruity and floral, with notes of green apple, vanilla, and cereals.
Taste: Soft and delicate, with tones of honey, oak, and dried fruit.
Alcohol content: 43% ABV.
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
Pairings: Typically enjoyed "on the rocks" or neat; pairs well with chocolate desserts, creamy cheeses, or spiced cakes; also ideal as a smooth digestif.
Aging: In first-fill ex-Bourbon casks.
Production: The Sovereign is a NAS Highland Single Malt distilled in Blackford using pure water from the "Danny Burn" spring. It is matured exclusively in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, which impart soft notes of vanilla, cream, and light spices to the whisky. The entire process—distillation, maturation, and bottling—is carried out at the distillery, ensuring full control and consistent quality.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
